Each item at Henry & Lulu is custom- made with love just for you - so we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. 

If there’s an issue with your order, please email us at info@thehenryandlulu.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue, and we’ll make it right! 

Cancellations

Because our items are made-to-order, cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours of placing your order.
